What is My Bot School?

Most leaders use AI as a smarter Google. You ask a question and it answers. That’s where it stops.

It can do far more. My Bot School shows you how to build your own team of AI assistants: a small office where every member has a clear job. They work quietly in the background across your email, calendar and documents. They brief each other the way good colleagues do. They prepare what you need before you ask and they check with you before anything goes out in your name.

You set it up in plain English. You decide what your team can do on its own and what needs your yes. You’re always in charge.

AI that offers to help before you ask, but asks before it acts.

Who is My Bot School for?

My Bot School is for busy leaders: chief executives, directors, trustees and heads of charities and community organisations. You don’t need to be technical. If you can write a clear email to a colleague you can do this.

It also helps with the question every board will ask sooner or later: who’s checking what the AI does? You’ll have an answer, because you’ll be the one checking.

How does My Bot School work?

Step 1
Your complimentary Discovery Call: Your Week, Your AI Team (30 minutes)

We look at your week, choose the first jobs to hand over and set up your account together.

Then four weekly online sessions (60 minutes each):

Session 1

Meet Your AI Chief of Staff

Ground rules first. Then we brief your first AI assistant and set it to work on a real task before the session ends.

Session 2

Delegate Like a Leader

Sharper briefs and clear limits. You add a second specialist assistant and a morning briefing that’s waiting when your day starts.

Session 3

When Your AI Team Starts Talking

Your AI assistants begin passing work between them and keeping you briefed. We add a weekly check on what’s been promised or forgotten.

Session 4

Always in Charge of Your AI Team

Review your team, then merge or retire any AI assistant that isn’t pulling its weight. Your AI assistants draft and you decide. You leave with a simple plan for the next three months.

We review how it went and plan what your AI team does next.
You’re not on your own afterwards: email support from me carries on.

Every session is one to one with me, online and booked in advance. Expect about 20 minutes of practice between sessions.
